The role
We're looking for motivated Restaurant Managers to manage our restaurants, support our teams, and grow the brand with us.
Skills and experience
You’ll have:
● A passion for food and restaurant operations

● Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Your tasks
You will:
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
● Understand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growth
● Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
● Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
● Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
● Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
● Supervise and coach team members to grow with us.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
