Restaurant manager - Boutique hotel - £34,000 - £38,000 + service - Eastbourne area - Live In Available
Key Information:
Salary: £34,000(live in) - £38,000(live out) plus generous service charge -
Hours: full time ,5/7 , 45h per week - paid overtime
Location: Eastbourne - outskirts , must be able to drive, live in available
Contract: Permanent
Our client is a fabulous Boutique hotel situated in Eastbourne area and they are looking to recruit a Restaurant manager to lead their team. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress.
The role does come with accommodation but due to remote location own transport is highly desirable.
Your main responsibilities as Restaurant manager will include:
• looking after a team of full time and part time staff
• Stock ordering
• Training
• Rotas
Required:
• Experience at restaurant manager level at fresh food led restaurant or ideally fine dining / rosette standard
• Passionate about hospitality and catering
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
