About the job
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and service teams

- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training sessions

- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally

- Manage reservations, table turnover, and peak-hour service efficiency

- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations

- Control costs, reduce wastage, and optimize profitability

- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and company policies



🎯 Requirements


- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant management (premium dining / Asian cuisine preferred)

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and guest handling abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and reporting

- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences
