Job Description
• Bachelor in Hotel Management + minimum 8-12 years experience working in a 5-star/ café/ fine dining environment.
• Experience/ familiarity with world cuisine, coffee and substantial knowledge of maintaining healthy people skills (guest/ colleagues).
• English fluency is a must.
Details:
• Employment Type: Full-time
• 6 days working per week, 10 hours shift per day
• The employer will be provided annual paid leave of 22 days

Job Description
• See over the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth service during operating hours and managing any guest issues or concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the restaurant to comply with healthy regulations and provide a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Helping in recruiting, hiring, and training restaurant staff and support staff, to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional team.
• Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, setting clear expectations, and recognising employee achievements.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure staff members are meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional service.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• A constant strive to raise the bar as a brand.
• Keeping up to date with industry service trends.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where and ever is imperative.
