Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at restaurant set up by Bistro Brain Hospitality Services LLP located in Mulund , Mumbai. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, hiring and training staff, and overseeing food and beverage operations.

Ability to work well under pressure
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local food and beverage regulations
Relevant degree or certification in hospitality or related field
Should be versed with Pet Pooja Software
Should have connects in the markets for team and vendors.
