Role:
Oversee complete restaurant operations while ensuring excellent guest experience, team performance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations & service standards
Handle guest feedback & ensure satisfaction
Lead, train & supervise staff
Monitor sales, costs & inventory
Maintain hygiene & compliance standards
Requirements:
2+ years restaurant management experience
Strong leadership & guest-handling skills
Experience in premium dining preferred
Position 2: Restaurant Captain
Role:
Supervise floor service and ensure smooth, high-quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage table service & guest flow
Assist guests & handle requests professionally
Coordinate orders with kitchen
Ensure cleanliness & table readiness
Train and guide stewards
Requirements:
1+ years restaurant service experience
Good communication & service skills
Fine-dining experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
