Responsibilities:
• PROFITABILITY
• Takes the lead responsibility for the restaurant's P&L and implements proactive measures to attain the expected financial objectives
• Focuses on significant P&L indicators to enhance the restaurant's financial stability and performance
• By prioritizing exceptional guest service, fostering employee development, and adeptly managing operations, this organization achieves strong sales performance

GUEST
• Energizes and leads team members to go above and beyond in satisfying clients by providing precise, pleasant, and prompt service in a pristine facility
• A hotel's ability to manage the guest experience effectively is instrumental in its success and involves streamlined operations and prompt response to any issues raised by guests
• Through the utilization of guest feedback analysis systems, businesses can identify, address, and prevent issues that negatively impact guest experiences
• Develops creative strategies to attract guests by utilizing local insights and industry knowledge

PEOPLE
• Takes charge of the restaurant's recruitment and selection mechanism to establish and nurture a proficient and cohesive team
• Provides training and guidance to new team members as they navigate the certification process
• Fosters motivation within the restaurant staff by expertly administering recognition programs for individuals as well as teams
• Empower the team members, shift coordinators, and assistant managers to enhance their skills and capabilities, contributing to the improvement of restaurant performance, through coaching and feedback

OPERATIONS:
• Ensures that restaurant labor is optimized through the implementation of effective Manager staffing and Team Member scheduling
• Preserves adherence to BKC policies, employment laws, and government regulations
• Upholds operational and branding standards to maintain an environment where customers can expect top-quality service and experiences
• Fulfills the duties of both Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinator whenever the situation arises
