Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Server based in Mumbai. The Restaurant Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and serving dishes promptly. Tasks include coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and addressing guest requests with professionalism. The role also involves following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation and safety standards
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a guest-focused approach
