We are seeking an experienced & skilled Server to join our dynamic team at Browns Socialhouse in Chestermere, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for serving delicious food and beverages, while providing excellent customer service and contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experiences.
Responsibilities
Serve a variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, romancing menu options and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work environment, including equipment and supplies.
Effective communication with your co-workers and managers.
Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
Requirements
Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, in order to anticipate guests' needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
