Job Overview
Cottonwood Golf Course seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Previous restaurant experience is required. The Server will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent hospitality and efficient service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS software
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation
Manage time effectively during busy service hours to provide timely service
Address guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent guest services and hospitality
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Have serving it right certification
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, including serving and cashiering roles
Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is an asset
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Normal restaurant hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm 7 days a week with events going as late as 11:00pm. Looking for servers with open and flexible availability as hours will vary.
Pay: $17.85-$19.50 per hour
