Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and friendly Restaurant Server (Waiter) to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and ****** guests to their tables with a welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied and address their needs proactively.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area.
• Process customer payments accurately using cash or card payment systems.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after service.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
