What We Look For... We are seeking a ROCK STAR team member to work in coordination with staff to facilitate prompt, efficient and friendly table service. Key Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring efficient order flow between waitstaff and kitchen Can obtain proper knowledge of table numbers, seat numbers, and accurately deliver food items in a timely manner Accurately read service tickets that include allergy and dietary restrictions Assists in final dish preparation, maintains fast service, handles customer complaints, and upholds quality and sanitation standards Restaurant Assist table service by watering, bussing, and resetting tables Assist Food Servers with any reasonable requests. Assist co-workers in setting up and breaking down for the next meal Keep all areas of the restaurant and back of the house areas clean, neat, and orderly Learn all menu items and daily featured items, correctly presenting and up selling all food and drink items Maintain linen to ensure proper storage of both clean and soiled linen Follows proper service standards when serving and clearing tables In Room Dining Answers the phone within three rings, Responds professionally, and identifies by name Accurately writes orders downs and repeats back to guest ensuring correct order is placed Inputs order into micros with correct modifications, allergens, and or dietary restrictions Communicates with the kitchen when order is placed and ensures quality and proper presentation of dishes is executed Follows proper IRD Set up and delivery Executes opening and closing side work duties and responsibilities for both restaurant and IRD Can complete any ongoing requests proposed by management according to business needs The Model Qualifications: Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
