• Shift supervisor/Junior Manger/Team Leader
"The candidate must have a minimum experience of 1-2 years as a outlet manager. Work experience in Frozen dessert brands like Naturals, Gianis,Mc Donalds, KFC, Burger King,Starbucks or qsr chain, naturals
KRA:
Overall in charge of the outlet.
• Know Pet Pooja app
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and ensuring the outlet runs smoothly.
- Handles hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Handle Production resposibilities in absence of Commis I
- Manages inventory, orders supplies, and ensures product quality.
- Addresses customer complaints and feedback.
- Staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Assists with inventory management and ordering.
- Oversees the staff during specific shifts.
- Ensures that operational standards are met and customer service is high.
- Handles minor customer issues and escalates major ones to the owners.
- Helps with staff training and development.
- Manages transactions at the point of sale.
- Ensures accurate handling of cash and card transactions.
- Provides customer service and handles queries about products."
