Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Faridabad. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, and maintaining communication among staff and management in the food & beverage industry.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
1. Sales Manager
What You’ll Do:
Drive sales for dine-in, events, and corporate bookings.Build partnerships with local businesses and distributors.
Create and implement strategic sales plans.
Track performance and report on KPIs.
Work closely with marketing and PR to align campaigns.
