About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our restaurant in Jaipur. This role is key to ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and team coordination.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Supervise front-of-house and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
Prepare daily reports, manage shift schedules, and support training of new staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of billing systems, POS, and basic MS Office tools.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
