ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

(Other duties may be assigned)

Team Lead plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team is meeting the brand standards

Delivering extraordinary customer service

Directing restaurant operations – ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively

Training and mentoring your Associates to be customer-focused

Motivating peak team performance

Managing, monitoring and analyzing costs including but not limited to inventory management and labor cost

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is required to walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS:

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Must have simple computational skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have the ability to read, write and speak English or other languages as necessary. Must be able to communicate clearly.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma preferred

Minimum 2 years of experience in branded quick service restaurants or restaurant with fast paced service

6 months to 1 year of experience in supervising 5-10 or more team members preferred

Solid understanding of Health and Safety standards

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Certified in recognized Safe Food Handling program preferred

First Aid certificate preferred

WHMIS certificate preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
