Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant
A positive, hands-on leadership style that motivates and supports team members
A warm, approachable personality with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and cleanliness
Confident with POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
Reliable, well-presented, and professional at all times
Great organisational skills and a proactive attitude
