The Role
If you know, you know... working in Food & Beverage can be busy, but there is nothing else quite like the feeling of working with "your people" and when your work colleagues are more like family. As Team Leader - it's your tribe, and you help them to provide a warm welcome, take orders, deliver food and drink, as well as set up and clear down your department. More than that, you help the team ensure our guests and customers have an amazing experience with us, from recommending dishes and drinks, to knowing where to catch a taxi, or the best theatre shows - you are not just a team leader - you are the person our guests love to talk about and their reason to return.
What we look for
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn, work hard and progress
• Comfortable in a front line role facing the public
• Empathetic and able to build relationships
• An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Demonstrable desire to pursue a hospitality career
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a fast paced service environment
