Cuisine Specialization : Biryani, Indian Curry, Chinese.
Roles, Responsibility & Skills:
Strong Cooking Skills in Indian/Chinese Cuisines.
Work according to the menu specifications by the Area Chef.
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
Coordinate and participate with other Departments of requirements (Stores Indents, Purchase).
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees serve as a role model.
Strong Communication Skills in Hindi(Speaking).
Expected Communication skills in Basic English(Write & Read) /Basic Kannada(Speaking).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
