We're looking for an energetic, driven and organised Retail and Marketing Executive , full of drive, determination and ready for an exciting challenge in a growing business. A team player is a must. The role will be to support the Government Services Team, working in the Defence, Judicial and Government sector of Aramark UK.
The successful individual will be tasked with supporting on the mobilisation and development of key sites, supporting with delivery and activation of central marketing initiatives and driving and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Requirements:
• Execute online and offline marketing and retail campaigns with a creative and dynamic approach to customer engagement
• Support operational teams with marketing and retail activity on sites throughout the UK
• Produce monthly newsletter
• Manage and implement retail pricing strategy
• Develop and manage retail planograms to drive sales and participation
• Work with functional partners to support on marketing and retail activity
• Support business review documents Digital signage management
• Drive profitable cash sales and continuous customer participation
• Collaborate with site colleagues to develop and activate impactful campaigns
• Deliver centrally, customised, marketing and retail campaigns on a cyclic basis via digital platforms and traditional method
• Ensure Brand Standards Manuals are followed
• Create case studies and concept proof points
• Support ops teams in retail and marketing training
• Share key stories with the Aramark comms team
• Own digital signage and app content for Government Services team.
• Own and deliver app content and program
• Develop and deliver program of retail promotional activities that deliver business objectives and compliance working with procurement
• Act as an ambassador and guardian for the Aramark Government Services and Aramark UK brand
Key Experience:
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, agile approach to working
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude 3-4 years’ experience in marketing/retail activities
• Experience in customer service and retail environments
• Degree in marketing is desirable but not essential
• CIM qualifications desirable
• Operational knowledge very desirable
• A full driving licence and ability to travel is essential within this role
• We are looking for an autonomous, positive and experienced Marketeer and retailer
• The successful candidate will be bursting with ideas, have a strong commercial focus and commendable interpersonal skills.
