Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Retail Assets - Gold Loan - Sales officer Position description: Responsible for sourcing business for the Gold Loan team Primary Responsibilities: • Sourcing Business- Solely responsible to source business through open market • Need to create database of potential customers using lead generation tools • Will work in catchment area and seek out new sales opportunities for driving revenue • Relationship with customers: • Sales Officer need to build and develop good relation with customer's and cater their gold loan needs according the requirement • Need to sustain long-lasting relations with customers to focus more renewals of loan. • Promotional Activities: • Need to generate more business for team by conducting promotional activities like distribution of leaflet, canopy activity, ATM activities • Need to conduct activities in residential & industrial places to create awareness of Gold loan amongst people. • Cross Selling: • Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS • Follow up with the Local Ops/RAOPS and ensure all cases are disbursed timely and not screwed towards the end of the month. Additional Responsibilities: • Processing Rights: • Will be having rights of maker in LOS and has to initiate transaction in the system • Sales officer will be signatory to the documents pertaining to the loan and mandatory presence is required during the processing of loan • He is also construed as a pseudo custodian for the entire transaction • Need to ensure all KYC copies are checked with originals and signed OSV, if required need to collect documents from customer's residence as per policy requirement Educational qualifications preferred • Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree • Academic score: 50% + Required work experience • Industry: BFSI • Role: Sales • Years of experience: 1 to 3 Required Knowledge: Work experience in the profile Required Skills: • Good Team spirit • Inter personal skill • Time / Team Management • Good communication skill Other: • Reporting Designation: Sales Manager - GL • Reporting Department-Sub BU: Retail Assets - Gold Loan Specific requirements • Travel: Customer Visits Other details • Contract Types: PERMANENT
