Position description:
Retail Assets - LAP - Sales Executive
Primary Responsibilities:
• To source Business from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market.
• Cold Calling, Leaflet distribution.
• Meet the Customer at the residence or office, and collect / verify (KYC) documents with the original. Verify property documents.
• Visit & verify the property which is to be mortgaged.
• Negotiate with the customer for Rate & PF.
• Post sanction collect the disbursement docs
• Cross sell other Asset Products
