Position description:
Retail Assets-Consumer Durable-Instalment Finance Business - Retail RO
Primary Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed the assigned targets of consumer durable loan through paper finance at Retail Trade / General Trade
• Souricng EMI business through HDFC credit card and debit card customers at the designated counters >Meet the assigned target of bank's products and other cross sell products
• Adhere to Bank's laid down process and due diligence from Login to Disbursal
• Provide regular feedback to Supervisor on Market, Dealers, Customer's requirements
• Maintain difined TAT
Additional Responsibilities:
• Ensuring timely repayment of sourced loan and support collection
• Adhere to Banks Code of Conduct at all times
• Customer Centricity and timely resolution of Customer/dealer issues and update supervisor time to time
Educational qualifications preferred
• Category: Bachelor's Degree
• Academic score: Pass
• Institution tier: Any
Required work experience
• Industry: Banking / Finance/ Telecom / OEMs preferred - but not a constraint
• Role: Sales- but not a contraint
• Years of experience: 0 to 2
