About the Role:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience for our customers. We’re after someone who’s genuinely passionate about people and sweet treats!
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and attentive customer service
Operating the cash register and handling transactions
Restocking shelves and maintaining neat, eye-catching displays
Keeping the store clean, tidy, and looking its best
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and people skills
A can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not essential
