Memory Block are now hiring an assistant manager to our location at Westpoint shopping centre in Blacktown.
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to be the face of our brand and help us present and promote our unique and beautiful product!
About us:
Memory Block is an Australian brand with over 100 branches around the world. We specialize in printing photos from customers' phones onto wooden blocks using a special printer, helping people to print the moments that matter.
Main duties:
Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and meeting customer needs.
Assist in managing inventory control and restocking products.
Help to hire and train retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Create weekly rosters.
Role requirements:
Be able to confidently engage with customers in the mall and ensure they receive an amazing experience from both yourself and the product.
Create proactive sales, including up-selling to the maximum.
Having a can-do attitude and the ability to work unsupervised.
Have your own car for transportation as well as stock delivery.
About the role:
Experience with sales, customer service and photoshop can be an advantage. However, we value personality over experience, and full training will be provided.
Suitable for all ages and students too.
Pay is starting at a base of $28 an hour + Super, with targets and bonuses on top.
