Discover SA store is a unique souvenir store concept that recreates a sense of the local culture within each outlet. The concept offers travelers an experiential playground, with a strong sense of place and a well thought customer shopping experience, where they can find authentic, high quality and affordable gifts and souvenirs.
The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Adelaide Airport! If you love creating unforgettable customer experiences, thrive in a fast-paced retail space, and want to grow your leadership skills – this is your chance to shine.
✅Flexibility needed - Rotating early/late shifts and does include weekends & public holidays!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead from the front – be the go-to person for support and motivation
✅ Deliver magical moments for customers with every interaction
✅ Support the Store Manager in driving performance and team engagement
✅ Set high standards in presentation and service – and walk the talk
✅ Give meaningful feedback and coaching to help your team grow
✅ Help create a respectful, connected team culture
✅ Step up when needed – be confident managing store operations
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in a similar leadership/supervisory role in a high-energy retail environment
✅ Experience in Tourism/ Big Box retail - a bonus!
✅ Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead
✅ Confidence to take initiative and own your role
✅ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting
✅ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
✅ Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
