Job Responsibilities:
1. To nurture successful relationships with clients
2. To complete car transactions in a quick and efficient manner
3. To procure cars with maximum margin
4. To maintain stock-in ratio, Resource allocation and utilization, zero documents pendency, zero customer complaints for any amount held/ deducted, error free documentation, mandatory stock-in and pick-up of vehicle
5. To maintain NPS score of the retail store
6. To ensure that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship and prompt and courteous service
7. To adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and follow guidelines set from time to time & Initiatives taken for improvisation of business delivery
