Duties:
Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service.
Assisting customers with questions & needs.
Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers.
Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
Handling all store operations
Identifying customer requirements.
Assisting customers with purchase decisions.
Assisting in physical inventory counts.
Making sure that customers paper work is completed efficiently.
Watching out for loss prevention through leakage and theft.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Hindi/Regional Languages as per the area of operation.
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent Negotiation skills
Educational Background -
- Graduate/Post Graduate from reputed university.(preferably retail management)
- Hands on experience in retail store upto 2 years.

Salary ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
