ROLE: RETAIL Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greet customers when they walk through the door
· Ask customers what they are looking for and show them relevant products
· Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
· Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order
· Upsell extra items when appropriate
· Maintain Store display and follow the VM standards
· Assist in maintaining the back stockroom
· Following all the SOPs
· Driving the store and individual targets
· Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised
at all times
Pre-requisites:
· Good command in both spoken and written English.
· Should have a pleasing personality.
· Excellent guest service skill.
· Good knowledge of Sales.
· 2+ years’ customer service experience preferred.
· Ability to work well on a team.
· Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
· Graduate in any field & related experience in Sales/Retail field.
· Familiar with Point-of-sale systems, MS office, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
