About the position
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Educate customers on bank products and services.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools for assessments and sales activities.
• Resolve customer issues independently and escalate when necessary.
• Participate in customer outreach and advice activities.
• Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake.
• Ensure compliance with operational activities and regulations.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Ability to engage in customer conversations and educate on products.
• Demonstrated organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must complete teller training upon hire.
