Edge Loyalty reward points was launched by the Bank in June 2013. EDGE REWARDS is Axis Bank's bank wide loyalty program that seeks to recognize customer relationship with Axis Bank and reward the customer with loyalty points. The program is available to customers of Savings account product, Current account, Credit cards, Debit cards, NRI etc. The customer stands to earn EDGE REWARDS points for a host of actions defined on the program and redeem their points for over 500+ reward options
About the Role
EDGE Reward program is a Bank-Wide program and the role involves to drive awareness and engagement of EDGE REWARDS program. Conceptualizing, designing campaign framework to drive aspirations for customers to engage on the platform. Manage all aspects of digital marketing including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. Effectively manage digital campaigns and its processes by liaising with compliance, IT, legal and other stakeholders.
The EDGE REWARD program increases customer's engagement with the Bank thereby strengthening the customer relationship with the bank leading to customer stickiness on the program and drive business
Key Responsibilities
· Driving awareness and engagement of the EDGE REWARDS program
· Designing campaign framework to drive aspirations for customers to engage on the platform
· 360-degree campaign strategy to drive program number
· Drive analytical based campaigns & implement customer segmentation strategy to drive relevant engagement on the program
· Website management and enhancement on the customer experience
· Performance evaluation of the campaign framework and driving business numbers with the performance
· Employee engagement program
· Research to understand the current customer need and thereby enabling a better customer experience
· Trigger/ Event based campaigns design to drive better customer experience.
· Database & campaign management for the program and seamless integration with different channels
· Innovation in marketing communication and driving aspiration for customer to experience the program
· Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
· Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and partners for payments and invoicing
