Role Overview
As a Yes First Relationship Manager at Yes Bank, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). Your role will involve client acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management: Identify and acquire new HNI clients, managing and expanding existing portfolios to meet sales targets.
• Develop, manage, and expand Yes First customer relationships by providing service levels that exceed client expectations.
• Ensure portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining the desired relationship values.
Cross-Selling & Upselling
Promote and sell a range of banking products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and investment services tailored to HNI clients.
Drive revenue business to generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance. Increase CASA balance in allocated portfolio either through deepening or acquisition.
Relationship Building
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the face to the client and the first person responsible for service and sales satisfaction of mapped clients.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed financial advice. Provide regular inputs to the product team on opportunities, segmentation, product features, and quality of portfolio acquired along with competition bench marking.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking sales and relationship management, preferably handling HNI clients.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and core banking software.
