Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail banking cluster in Pan Mumbai. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the PCARM team for the cluster.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans, including marketing activities, to help the team acquire premium new-to-bank customers.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
• Build a strong team through hiring the right candidates from competitor banks.
• Ensure achievement of non-transacting balances, fee income, and revenue targets on current accounts, time-fixed deposits, and debit cards.
Qualifications and Experience
• MBA or post-graduate degree with minimum 3 years of experience in team management roles within the financial services industry.
Competency Requirements
• Technical skills: good understanding of banking products, CA, TFX, WCF, retail assets, and team management.
• Effective management of sales teams through regular monitoring and performance tracking.
