We're Hiring: NRI Relationship Officer
???? Location: Andheri (W),Mulund (W), India
???? Department: Retail Banking / Global Indian Banking (GIB)
???? Reporting To: Senior Sales Manager / Branch Manager
???? Compensation: ₹10–20 LPA
???? Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in NRI banking or related field
Role Overview
As an NRI Relationship Officer at Yes Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing Non-
Resident Indian (NRI) clients, delivering personalized banking solutions, enhancing customer
engagement, and driving business growth through cross-selling various banking products.
Key Responsibilities
∙Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
∙Identify and acquire new NRI clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
∙Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing NRI clients to ensure high levels of
satisfaction and retention.
∙Provide tailored banking solutions to meet the unique needs of NRI clients.
Sales & Product Cross-Selling
Achieve monthly acquisition targets for new NRI clients.
Cross-sell a range of banking products, including CASA (Current Account, Savings Account), term
deposits, loans, credit cards, and third-party products like insurance and mutual funds.
Promote digital banking channels to enhance customer engagement.
Operational Excellence
Ensure timely and accurate account opening and activation processes.
Maintain compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and internal policies.
Monitor and manage account usage to ensure high First-Time Resolution (FTR) and Month+1
activation rates.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Conduct catchment mapping and scoping exercises to identify business opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive
benchmarking.
Adhere to sales processes and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NRI banking or related field.
Strong knowledge of NRI banking products, services, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and core banking software.
