As a retail banking law specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our retail banking business, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to the retail banking business
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to retail banking operations
• Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with third-party vendors and service providers
• Conduct legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address legal and compliance issues
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to retail banking and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all retail banking activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Law
• Master's in Law (preferable)
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
