Role Overview
The Banking Center Manager will be responsible for leading a team of banking center staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Main Tasks
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Lead and mentor team members to improve their performance and achieve individual goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their knowledge of banking products and services
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in a management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
