Design and deliver customized Core Banking and Retail Banking solutions tailored to client needs.Knowledge of traditional Core Banking systems like Temenos/Finnacle/Flexcube/FIS preferable. Understanding of new age cloud native core banking platforms like Mambu/Thought Machine/10x/Finxact will be a definite plus Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and drive revenue growth.Create clear, persuasive proposals that highlight our value proposition and meet client requirements.Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on best practices in Core Banking and Retail Banking.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to keep solutions relevant and competitive. Good understanding of concepts like Open Banking, Embedded Finance, BaaS and platform bankingGood understanding of technical concepts like APIs, microservices, cloud, blockchain, AI/Gen AI etc.
