Retail Branch Banking|Acquisition Sales Officer | Namakkal
To ensure relationship management with corporate admin for lead generation & verifying authenticity of KYC documents
Primary Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of Salary accounts from corporate & meeting monthly productivity norm.
• Attending employee inductions at corporates to acquire accounts of newly joined employees.
• Engage the HR / Admin / Finance teams at the corporate for routine account opening requirements.
• SALES OFFICERs to ensure relationship management with the corporate Admin & ensure penetration of accounts.
• Explain and collect the appropriate documentation required for account opening as per the laid down KYC policy of the Bank for onward submission to the Branch delegated authority.
• Conduct Lead Generation Activities like catchment mapping, references, help-desks at corporate.
• To achieve the set productivity norms for salary account sourcing & cross sell.
