Designation: Retail Branch Banking-Current Account Sales Officer
Position description: Outbound Sales Resource responsible for sourcing business from the market and responsible for fulfilling of leads of Branch Staff
Primary Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Sourcing :Quality new acquisition on CASA for Resident/Non- Resident accounts through Catchment Working, Cold Calls, Referrals, Working on the internal databasesStrive to get Values in the Accounts Opened by SelfMeet the defined productivity norms for Self SourcingAdherence of KYC/AML in true spirit while acquisition of new accountsFulfillment of Leads :Help to fulfill the CASA leads generated by other verticalsAdherence to the laid down TAT guidelines so as to meet the commitment made to customersCross-Sales:Generate cross sales of key products like FD RD/Auto Loans/Personal Loans/Business Loans/ Consumer Durables etcBusiness Hygiene: Welcome Kit Management by not keeping any kit in custody without recording at branchRight Sourcing of CustomersValue Enhancement by Regular Contact with CustomersContribute to the cause of the Branch
Additional Responsibilities:
Take Part in conducting Pormotional activities for souricng Current Acocunt in and around the Branch Catchment
Educational qualifications preferred
