- Maintain best quality team at store with highestpossible motivation and team spirit
- Ensure all Pai culture are always followed at thestore by all. Create a proper environment as per our Management philosophy.
- Ensure that all the store team members alwaysgreet, treat and attend all customer with lot of respect as per our Paiculture.
- Should know all products well
- Should know our offers and details of reward pointsetc
- Should have very good knowledge about all theFinance Options, Cash backs etc for all product categories .
- Ensure proper placement of Brand Promoters withhighest level of efficient manpower
- Maintain best level of hygiene at the store foreach and every product category. Lowest possible Obsolete, Ageing stocks shouldbe maintained.
- Ensure proper planogram with proper cell-addressfor all product categories in the store
- Ensure all Pai fixtures, lights, ACs, signage,Doors, Shutters etc are always in perfect working condition in the store .
- Ensure all Brand fixtures are always in perfectworking condition in the store
- Best possible cleanliness should be maintained inthe store at all places including toilets and flooring etc
- Should know well on how to bill in FOCUS
- Ensure smooth implementation of SAP (POS) at thebranch
- Ensure all Marketing POS like Danglers etc areproperly displayed and maintained well
- Ensure fixed assets of the store are maintainedwell and should always in working condition.
- Ensure Daily Meeting and hourly tracking of salesprogress
- Create maximum possible Multi products salesmen(All Rounder's) in the store
