About The Role
This is not a traditional retail management position.
You will take ownership of the store as a business, balancing client relationships, team leadership, and commercial performance.
Drive sales through a strong focus on clienteling, service, and key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
Build a loyal, high-value client base and support ongoing client retention
Create a sense of energy and relevance within the local community
Lead events, partnerships, and in-store experiences
Set and uphold a standard of generous, thoughtful service
