Role & Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies for finding new leased property for supermarkets in said market.
- Identify and analyze target markets and potential locations for supermarkets
- Build strong relationships with property owners and real estate agents
- Negotiate and secure favorable lease terms for new supermarket locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks and potential opportunities
- Manage the lease renewal process for existing supermarket locations
Previous Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing commercial or retail properties
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing lease deals
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations and market trends in India
- Familiarity with the supermarket industry in India
