Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Retail Manager to manage and help us expand our clientele. As our Retail Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline. Retail Manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Retail Manager Requirements should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Developing project scopes and objectives, detailed project plan to track progress
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Build and manage the relationship with the client and associates
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Create, develop, and execute the overall business development of the project
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Provide a way for the business development team to get brands on board.
· Help team to process the order and maintain customer relations after-sales.
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
REQUIREMENTS
· Proven working experience as a Manager in the E-commerce sector
· Experience in customer support is a plus
· Communication, team management, and negotiation skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
