As a Claims Administrator in our Retail Life business, you’ll play an important role in supporting customers and their families at some of life’s most challenging moments. Sitting within our claims team, this role ensures claims are handled smoothly, accurately, and with care—so customers receive timely support when they need it most.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-led team that embraces digital tools and smarter ways of working. Your contribution will help improve processes, strengthen governance, and deliver a consistent, high-quality claims experience that builds trust and confidence for our customers and partners.

You will also be responsible for the following:

Providing accurate and timely administrative support across the claims process.
Maintaining high-quality records, documentation, and case information.
Processing lump sum payments within agreed service levels to support timely customer outcomes.
Managing workflow, identifying delays, and escalating issues where needed.
Supporting internal and external stakeholders through clear and professional communication

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

Experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within financial services or insurance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage information accurately.
The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Confidence using digital systems and adapting to new tools and processes.
A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
