About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely payment to all retailers under the top retail program as per SOP
2. Ensure retailer account verification and flag issues on time
3. Handle any follow-up issues, questions, bounce, or account issues
4. Coordinate with the sales team for clarifications, escalation, and query resolutions, if any
5. Work on any other related tasks assigned by the reporting manager
