Summary
CLA Global is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a professional and engaging environment in our retail location.
Responsibilities
• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Clearly and accurately describe products and services to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Hours and Location
The position is a full-time role. We offer the following schedules:
• Thursday–Monday, from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (Tues/Wed are off days)
The work location is in the Los Angeles area at Place.
