Job Title: Data Analyst
Department: Retail Banking
Purpose:
The role entails reviewing the performance of all retail asset products and continuously monitoring risk across the portfolio. This involves automating processes, implementing tools and frameworks to adhere to statutory guidelines, contributing to the bank's larger objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze portfolios for retail asset products, initiating key actions as needed.
Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to manage and monitor risk across all retail asset products.
Implement Ind-AS (IFRS +) requirements by developing models for PD, LGD, and EAD.
Report Estimated Credit Loss (ECL) numbers for retail assets according to approved bank policies.
Develop ICAAP stress testing and loss forecasting models for retail assets.
Prepare risk-related regulatory reports for various committees and authorities.
Maintain adherence to bank guidelines.
Ensure the bank meets audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor macro-economic developments and incorporate them into business strategies.
Review and validate scorecards for Retail lending products, continuously monitoring their performance.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Any discipline.
Master's Degree: Any post-graduation degree.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience required.
