Title: Retail Designer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-5 years
OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Retail Designer who goes beyond basic adaptation. You’ll be responsible for evolving global retail concepts to suit Indian formats. If you are a creative thinker, not just an adapter, and are comfortable balancing designs and real-world constraints, we would love to have you in our team!
Key responsibilities:
• Interpret and evolve global retail concepts to suit Indian formats and customer contexts.
• Adapt and enhance designs for different store sizes and locations.
• Suggest creative layout and material improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rollouts.
• Develop 3D visualizations using SketchUp.
• Understand brand guidelines and optimize spatial storytelling.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in Architecture, Interior, or Retail Design.
• 5+ years of experience in retail design.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong understanding of materials and spatial storytelling.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong Communication Skills
