Who are we
Paul Reader Snow Sports is Australia's oldest family-owned snow sports retailer, founded in 1956. We provide a premium service to our guests, ensuring they have the equipment they need to enjoy their snow holidays. As a 365 snow sports retailer, we experience defined busy and slow periods, which affect staffing hours.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone to work across our retail store while also supporting our eCommerce and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about snow sports, eager to support the snow sports community, and willing to build their skills in eCommerce.
What you'll do
- Deliver a premium in-store experience and exceptional customer service
- Sell and fit technical snow sports equipment with confidence and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
- Upload and manage products across our eCommerce platforms
- Support digital merchandising, including product presentation
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing content and campaigns
To be successful, you'll have
- Previous experience in retail, preferably within a sports-focused environment
- A proven passion for, and experience in, snow sports
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- A relevant degree will be highly regarded
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms is preferable, but not essential
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferable, but not essential
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and MailChimp or similar is preferable, but not essential
