Job Description
• $28-30/hour
Responsibilities:
• Events stock room / distribution coordination
• Receiving shipments of event materials
• Organizing and cataloging the event stock room
• Managing of all material returns (keeping track of materials and inventory)
• Cleaning of uniforms
• Packaging of shipments to stores
• Unpacking of shipments returned from stores
• Messenger/UPS deliveries
• Supply orders for events and for department
• Event invoice submission
• Support events managers in following up/filing of invoices
• Support with competitor report research
• Power point presentation creation
• Slide creation for event recaps in collaboration with managers
Required Qualifications:
• Previous Fashion/Retail Experience - in house or agency
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
